ABOUT EMSISOFT

Emsisoft produces and sells antivirus software for home users. The rapidly growing company is a leading European supplier of behavior-based technology for detecting malicious code such as viruses, trojans, spyware, keyloggers and other malware. More than 6 million users worldwide use products of Emsisoft.

The company was founded in 2003 by Christian Mairoll, realizing his vision of a virtual company: The 20 company employees are distributed all over the world but work together as if they are sitting together in a real office - a company building does not exist. Emsisoft was commended with the Austrian "Constantinus" IT prize in 2005 for this innovative business management concept.

Product Manager

You are responsible for one or more software products at Emsisoft. You are the link between developers and software users. You have a brilliant sense for user experience, GUI layout/design and flow. You're able to create and coordinate product specifications and you can meet deadlines of timelines with milestons.

The Emsisoft team works location-independent and is spread around the world. It does not matter where you live, you can work from home.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in software product management.
  • Advanced knowledge of the software market and current trends.
  • Experience with product and project specifications.
  • Ability to work with roadmaps and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent German language knowledge is a big plus.
  • Flexibility with working schedule.
  • You should already know our products in depth.
  • Internal communication via Skype, MSN and email.

  • Job for 20 hours a week to full time, location independent.

Marketing Manager

You are responsible for marketing at Emsisoft. You develop new strategies to spread the word about Emsisoft products all over the world with focus on USA and EU. You're able to prepare marketing materials like product howto's, brochures, banners for offline and online use.

The Emsisoft team works location-independent and is spread around the world. It does not matter where you live, you can work from home.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in software marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of the software market.
  • Experience with consumer and enterprise media.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent German language knowledge is a big plus.
  • Flexibility with working schedule.
  • You should already know our products in depth.
  • Internal communication via Skype, MSN and email.
